Friday, May 18
Arrive any time after 3 pm for check-in. Dinner is on your own. Explore Liverpool!
7pm to 8:30 pm – Unwind – Yoga and Sound Healing with Sheila and Beth

Saturday, May 19
7:30 to 8:30 am – Yoga Session – Light Your Inner Fire
8:30 to 9:45 am – Breakfast
10am to 12 noon – Yoga Session – Yoga and Ayurveda for Good Health
Noon – Lunch
2 to 4:30 pm – Chakra Yoga and Making mandala chakra bracelets – with Sheila and Rachael
7 pm – Local and Organic Beer & Wine tasting and BBQ with Susan
8 pm onward – Live Music

Sunday, May 20
8 am – Sculpture Garden Stroll
9 am – breakfast
11 am to 1 pm – Yoga Session – Yoga and Meditation – paint your own mandala
Feel free to stay around for lunch (not included) and to explore our town and beaches!

Retreat Package includes accommodations, all yoga and workshops, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and Saturday evening meal and events. Gratuities and other meals not included.
